What are Business Support Services?
Business Support Services, also known as technical assistance, are hands-on, personalized training opportunities to help you take your business to the next level. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to grow, our programs can include:

Who is eligible?
All AltCap loan applicants within our service areas and current borrowers have access to free or low-cost Business Support Services regardless of the type of loan they’re seeking.
Some programs, like the CARE Fund, feature dedicated providers (EQALL) and are only available in specific markets. Others, like ARTcap, offer you a choice of providers to match your needs. Participating in a Business Support program does not guarantee loan approval with AltCap.

Frequently Asked Questions
paTo enroll in a Business Support Services program, complete a loan application. If an AltCap representative reaches out to schedule a call, let them know you’re interested in enrolling, and they will send you an email with a link to your unique enrollment form. If your loan application is declined, you can find your unique enrollment link in your decline email. In both cases, simply follow the link, input your state to confirm eligibility, select your desired program, and sign the Accountability Agreement.
For all programs, you will be contacted by your provider within 5 business days. You are responsible for completing their onboarding process within 10 business days or risk being cut from the program.
You’re still eligible for Business Support Services. You may select a program from our national provider, CHES Inc., or a provider from your region (Missouri residents are eligible for programs through Missouri SBDC).
AltCap serves entrepreneurs in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, Texas, and California via our affiliate, AltCap California. We’re sorry we cannot offer Business Support Services outside of our service areas at this time.
Yes. We encourage all entrepreneurs seeking financing to explore our offerings and consider ways to improve their skills.
Programs range from a couple of weeks to 90+ days, depending on your level of need. Most programs are designed to last around 30 days.
